KPRS Hawaii is pleased to announce the completion of projects at the new Ala Moana Center expansion, the largest shopping center in Hawaii. We’ve recently completed a number of projects at the center which include Laline, Planet Blue, Rimowa, Forever 21 and Tempura Ichidai (all pictured below)

Laline 3

Laline is a successful international boutique that sells aromatic bath & body care products. Their newest retail location offers an escape-like environment for customers to feel pampered and cared for. The light, bright space uses a white-chic design with crystal chandeliers, custom wall and floor paneling, a Carrera marble storefront. Recessed lighting and a special bar sink at the center of the store add to the ambiance.

As one of Europe’s leading luggage manufacturers, the Rimowa showroom retail store at Ala Moana artfully displays the popular luxury pieces. Upon entry, the standout features include the marble flooring, steel storefront and the brand’s airplane wallcovering photograph. The sleek design transitions the space from light to dark for a dramatic showcase, including custom plaster art wall.

Planet Blue

Beginning as small collection of organic cotton clothing, Planet Blue has grown into an international specialty designer brand. With their eleventh store opening at the Ala Moana Center, the boho-chic retailer provides a laid-back and welcoming environment for customers seeking a beach bohemian style. The storefront features ipe wood paneling, winding rack, and a modern minimalist design with polished concrete floors.

Forever 21 1

Newly renovated at the Ala Moana Center, Forever 21 is a chain for the latest fads in clothes, accessories & shoes for young men and women.

Tempura Ichida

Tempura lchidai is an authentic, upscale, contemporary Japanese restaurant specializing in tempura style cooking and menu selections. Similar to a sushi bar, the layout features four separate open-style cooking stations surrounded by counter seating. The cooking stations feature four independent hoods above each. Private dining areas are crafted with DiNoc finished wood fabricated in Japan. Additionally the ceiling is very detailed with multiple height changes and numerous lighting types in the recesses. The Andiroba wood entrance door and sidelite panels were hand crafted locally and run floor to ceiling.
